Compensation standards for parcel delivery:


If mail is lost, short, damaged or delayed during delivery due to reasons not attributable to our company, our company will not compensate. We will not be liable for indirect losses and unrealized profits. For details, please refer to the parcel compensation standards


No compensation liability will be assumed in the following situations:


1. Caused by force majeure (except for insured mail).


2. The mailed items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations and are confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant regulations.


3. The mail is well packaged and has no signs of dismantling when it is delivered, and the weight has not decreased, but the contents are short or damaged.


4. The recipient has signed for it in accordance with the prescribed procedures.


5. The mail is lost or delayed due to the customer's responsibility or the mail itself.


6. The customer has not inquired and has not made a claim for compensation from the date of delivery to the expiration of the inquiry period.


7. The international mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws.
