Line characteristics
Mailing restriction
The first weight refers to the lowest billable weight. If the package weight is within the first weight range, the fee will be calculated based on the first weight. The additional weight refers to the weight that exceeds the first weight.
Each route has a weight limit, if the item exceeds the weight limit, you will be notified that the package cannot be submitted, and you will be required to remove some items and submit them in batches.
The suggestions for mailing goods are based on the experience of conventional transportation. We are not responsible for any customs detention. Due to customs restrictions, tobacco, alcohol, medicine, and contraband are not transported; according to the requirements of air transportation, food, liquid, granular, and paste goods need to provide non-dangerous goods identification. It is recommended that you do not send these categories of goods in bulk. If it is a small amount of sensitive goods, it can be mixed with ordinary goods (clothes, shoes, etc.), for example, a single bottle of cosmetics does not exceed 100ml, and a single package does not exceed 200ml, we can try to help you transport it.
Volumetric weight is mainly reflected in the freight link of logistics. When the volume of an item is too large and the weight is too light, its volume will be converted into weight to charge fees during transportation. The formula for calculating the volumetric weight of air cargo is: volume of cargo (length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm)) / 6000 = volumetric weight (kg), that is, 6000 cubic centimeters of cargo is equivalent to 1 kilogram to calculate the freight. In other words, 1 cubic meter of cargo will be calculated as 167 kilograms.
